"I recently got a flat tire on a bicycle (didn't have a pump) and was walking home with the bicycle and I walked right past a cycle gear and I thought - I better make sure I have everything on my motorcycle so I can change a flat on the road. I have a 1995 VFR and it's so old I have to make all repairs myself on the bike, and I now have 2 types of patch/plug kits and 6 CO2 cartridges to fill a flat tire. I use Cycle Gear for new tires and tools and maintenance items/batteries and they always have everything in stock and are friendly. "

"I stopped shopping at cycle gear a couple years ago because the manager treated me horrible. I would not shop at any stores, and encouraged my brother and father to stop as well.
The manager was accusatory, rude , and flat out wrong.
I decided to let my grudge go, and not only liked the products, but enjoyed the banter as well technical support I got from Paul Higgins, and another man there, don’t remember his name unfortunately. I am glad to be back shopping here again. "
